To Get There: From Hwy 70 in Oroville, take the Oro Dam Blvd exit and head east. After about a mile, take a right on the Olive Hwy. Turn left on Kelly Ridge Road. The Saddle Dam parking area is on the right less than a mile up Kelly Ridge Road.
